Unable to update Oracle 8.8 and 8.9

recently installed oracle 8.8 and 8.9 and trying to update the OS via yum update -y but getting below error

Status code: 403 for https://yum.oracle.com/repo/OracleLinux/OL8/baseos/lat est/x86_64/repodata/repomd.xml (IP: 104.73.165.90)
Error: Failed to download metadata for repo 'ol8_baseos_latest': Cannot downloa d repomd.xml: Cannot download repodata/repomd.xml: All mirrors were tried
