ePerformance: Will the manager/approver be determined by the Period End Date or Run Date

in ePerformance, if you are selecting the Select by Manager ID option to create Performance documents via the delivered run control, you enter the Period Begin and Period End dates. These dates identify the reporting period for the performance review. Will the Period End Date also be used to identify the as of date that identifies which manager and approver will be used for the reporting period?

For example, if I run the Performance Create Document process on 12/28/2024, with the period begin date of 6/1/2024 and Period End date of 12/18/2024, will the manager and Approver used for this performance business process be for the manager and approver that existed on 12/18/2024, or will it default to the one that existed on the run date of 12/28/2024?
