AFD not enabled in grid 19.24 with ol9

Hello

I have installed grid 19c with latest ru patch 19.24 on linux ol9.3 but the asm filter was disabled and I couldn't enable it according to this error :

$ asmcmd afd_filter -e --all
Could not enable filter on 'Node Level'.
Filtering is not supported on this kernel.

my environment is :

$ uname -r
5.15.0-201.135.6.el9uek.x86_64

$ afddriverstate version
AFD-9325: Driver OS kernel version = 5.15.0-201.135.6.el9uek.x86_64.
AFD-9326: Driver build number = 240620.
AFD-9231: Driver build version = 19.0.0.0.0 (19.24.0.0.0).
AFD-9547: Driver available build number = 240620.
AFD-9232: Driver available build version = 19.0.0.0.0 (19.24.0.0.0).

$ afddriverstate supported
AFD-9200: Supported

my question is how to enable filter drive ?
