PD920 not listed while creating a new installation.

I initially installed all standard environments in the deployment server using the standard media from 9.2.0.0 and then upgraded DV920 to 9.2.8.2 (64bit) and UN8. Then I created PY920 using a custom installation plan. Ent Server and DB are AS400.
I'm now creating a new custom plan to for the installation of PD920 and the environment selection screen P98410/W98410E is not showing PD920/JPD920, just the others I already completed. PD920 is listed in Environment Master (P0094).

Just saw a similar post from a week ago with almost the same behavior, just this person was trying to install a custom environment he already had also listed in P0094.
