Orch - TOKEN promotion

Hi, we are working with Orch Proyect, I promote from DV to PD env, but notice for one ORCH type object don't release Token, meanwhile for rest object orch and sreq release token without issue, which is the reason Just one Orch don't release the token?

It's mandatory? ..object type?..activity rule?..
