Is there any alternative way to provide entities access of different consolidation levels to users?

We are facing entity access issue in HFM, the entity access of users is automatically getting revoked and it's causing problem for the users.

We currently use control-m to produce security files for users and upload them to the HFM Production environment in order to grant access. Occasionally, we also do this manually from Shared Service -> Application groups -> DLLHFMPRD -> assign access control.

If we needed to grant access to a small number of entities, we did it manually. For large numbers of entities, we granted access via Security files. Would you kindly inform us of any other methods we can use to provide the entity access, besides from loading Security files or doing so manually?
