Are there delivered notifications that can be sent when applicant is in select recruiting status?

Our talent team is looking for ways to automatically generate email reminders to hiring managers when their applicant reaches a certain recruiting status. For example, they would like to send a specific message for actions to be completed when the applicant is in offer accepted, or background sent status.

Are there any delivered notifications or workflows that can be used to send a specific message to the hiring manager? Any other suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
