iSupplier cannot be created for the same TRN when a customer has the same number

We have a customer created with XYZ TRN and now we would like to create a supplier through iSupplier registration but the system does not let us continue.

However, Allow duplicate tax registration number is checked on E-business tax -regime setup.

How can we create isupplier with duplicate TRN?
