Is there any workaround for resetting user's oracle password aside from login assistance link?

Hi,

We currently have this issue on our EBS R12 system wherein the "login assistance" link does not send any notification when we try to reset an oracle account password. As per checking, it seems like we have inputted an incorrect SMTP name on Notification Mailer and currently being checked by our Network team for the right SMTP name.

For now, our way of resetting our user's Oracle password is to reset it manually using the System Administrator responsibility and notifying the stakeholder through email.

Do you have any suggestions of what other workaround we can implement while waiting for the resolution without having to do it manually? We think it would be more convenient on us and our end users if they would be the one to reset their password.
