R12 GL WebADI JE keeps asking for login during upload

When trying to upload a JE from Excel, even though already logged in, the upload is asking for log in again, when trying to provide credentials > Unexpected URL Parameters have been detected and ignored. How to resolve, and it can be replicated in lower instances. TY
