How Do I Report a Bug on R3002Z1I

R3002Z1I does not validate Effective Thru dates where they are less than the Effective From Date. I have several examples where this happened in multiple runs of the process. This is not allowed if you do this step manually so I would expect a batch version to also have the same validation.
