Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Old Credit Memos from 2023 were part of the the ACH drafts for the day in 2024

Daily Receipt / Remittance ACH Drafts had included and calculated the old Credit Memo on the total dollar amount while applying the Invoices.

For example:

ACH Batch Receipt # 7341840 Drafted on 22-JUL-2024 includes
Invoice Amount = 1,642.52

Credit Memo - 18.80

Total amount = 1,623.72
