ePerformance Fluid Self Evaluation Employee Comments Switch to Manager

Issue: When logged in as the Employee and completing the Self-Evaluation, on the Quick Evaluation page, the Employee Comments display name and picture switches to the Manager’s name and picture after the employee clicks on “Complete” - document status is Self-Evaluation – Completed. See attached document.

I did not see this issue reported in MOS, so thought I would check with the community to see if anyone else has run into this. Thanks
