Good Day,

I am installing OEM 13c and the installation has been on 70% since yesterday and when i check the log file i get this error: " INFO: oracle.sysman.top.oms:EM-04012: Server-side plug-in deployment failed. Error occurred while configuring OPSS policies for plug-in oracle.sysman.db:13.2.1.0.0:0. Error occurred while loading policies from file /u01/app/oracle/middleware/plugins/oracle.sysman.db.oms.plugin_13.2.1.0.0/metadata/security/jaznpolicy/jazn-data.xml. Reason for failure: WLST command failed with non-zero exit code. Contact Oracle Support".

But the installation hasn't terminated yet. What could be the problem?
