Oracle EBS Cash Management 12.2.11

Good day,

we are experiencing challenge with reconciliation, Navigation: Cash Man responsibility>Bank Statement>Bank Statement and Reconciliation> enter bank account>review>Lines. We are unable to reconcile all unreconciled line. you reconcile one line then when you move to the next line you can select activity to reconcile. you need to close the screen and start the process,

your assistance is high appreciated
