Adding a field into a saved folder

We have a folder which has been configured and is visible in System Administrator Responsibility under navigation path >Application>Administer Folders.

I can see the folder and its assigned folder sets but how can we add a new field into this specific folder as there is no option to edit in this screen.

Does anyone have any ideas please?
