After rebooting Node 1 in ODA X10, the Pubnet IP is unreachable. How can this issue be resolved?

My ODA version is 19.23. The Pubnet IP remains unreachable even when attempting to ping directly from my laptop. Running bridge link show displays "pubnet state forwarding priority 32 cost 4". This issue arose after a node reboot. How can this be resolved?
