Custom ATP Rules

Hi all,

At my organization, we're currently using the user-defined time fence for ATP rules. We're finding this doesn't take into account the complexity of whether accessories were also ordered, the quantity on the sales order line, or the total quantity on the sales order (sum of all lines). Our business has been managing this through an excel file that they're referencing outside of Oracle. The sorts of scenarios we see include standard product with a part number that has consistent demand, as well as configured product where it's relatively unique for a customer.

Our initial thought is that we need the ability to have quantity-based ATP rules, but we're finding that Oracle doesn't have that built-in, and we'd have to create our own functionality to handle this complexity. '

Howdy, Stranger!
