R30850 not resetting the Work center rates Reset WC Simulated Rates

I have copied the Frozen Cost of one Parent Item from Cost method 07 to Cost method 24 .It copied the Cost components correctly in to cost method 24 for the Cost Components A1 , A2, B3 in to the simulated cost buckets of Cost method 24 for the same Branch

However when I use the reset simulated R30850 reset the Work center rates it does not copy the 07 Cost method work center rate in to the 24 cost method for the same work center .

What data selection is to be used for it to run .
