Intercompany invoice not yet generated.

Hi,

There is an invoice created for the selling organization but intercompany invoice is not yet generated, we have checked the intercompany setup between those two organizations that is fine and also the intercompany flags in mtl_system_items table are also enabled and there are also shipping transactions present in mtl_material_transactions table, but still no intercompany invoice generated. what could be the reason?
