401K Based on Hours Worked * Prevailing Fringe

Hello,

We are on E1 9.2, release 22, Tools: 9.2.6.4

I am trying to set up an ER Paid 401K Benefit based on:

EE Total Month Hours Worked * Prevailing Fringe Rate (4.98) - ER Health Benefit Cost (454.00)

Ex: EE works 160h in the month, so:
160 * $4.98 = $796.80
$796.80 - $454 = $342.80
$342.80 goes to 401K

From what I am looking at, it does not appear that the Prevailing Wages program handles this, is that correct? If so, would this be best handled through customization? Or does anyone have a suggestion on how this might be setup?
