Looking for the best way to transfer only setup/configure data from the old EBS system to the new EB

EBS Version: 12.2.10
DB: 19c

We are planning a reimplementation.

We have a lot of setup data, such as INV ORG, Sub Inventory, and Items, that we wish to simply copy and paste from the old to a new, fresh EBS instance.

What would be the best way to accomplish this?
