is it possible to create a screen in supplier registration screen to apply terms and conditions

hi Team,

customer is asking for a case where in the customer wants a screen to be available once the new supplier logs into the supplier registration screen - this new screen will have to have all the terms and conditions that the supplier has to apply before starting the registration.
please let us know if this is possible.
