Approval Status Is "Submitted"

User is Created a New Lease and its a Revenue Class, and when he put all the informations of the Lease he Clicked on Submitted From Approval Status by mistake , but there is no any Apporval Workflow Applied on the Property Management on Production, So how to change the Status now from Submitted to Final to Finalize Lease or The Contract to See its Billings and Transfer It to Receivables.
