Receipt in to Routing failed

Hi, please suggest on the below.

When an OP order is been tried to receive in to stock using P43250 there is an error as "Fetch from F43092 failed" Upon checking could see the issue is with UOM. The order was entered, and receipt was done in EA while after receipt (and before stock movement) the UOM on order was changed as BX. However, system is still not considering the UOM conversion that exists between EA→BX and the inverse conversion as well (BX→EA). How this receiving could be done to move the order to stock?
