Need to include user account events in audit/log file

Is there a way to export any user account events to the audit file in EBS? My company utilizes Splunk to track events in multiple applications and we are needing to include extra information in the Oracle EBS audit files.

The information that I'm trying to set up for export is as follows:

• Login Events (Success/Failure)
• Password change event
• Account creation/deletion

I've tried scouring for a solution and have found the following link, and this looks like it may be what I'm needing. The problem is that I'm still playing catchup with my knowledge and I'm not sure what the options should be set as to get the needed events to export to the Audit/log files.
