Data Change Between 2 Tables

Hello All,

Is it possible to compare programmatically if data has changed from Table A and Table B in C?

So, for example,

Table A: Table B:
INFRTH = 111 OUTFRTH = 112
INMOT = XXX OUTMOT = XXX
INPTC = ZZZ OUTPTC = ZZA
