Error when performing sharedservices export

in Hyperion Financial Close Management (FCM) (MOSC) 1 commentAnswered

We are following this oracle documentation for migrating ARM to ARCS but we have encountered error when exporting in shared services.

The export is failing with below errors but I am pretty sure my services are up and running

EPMLCM-13000: Service currently not available.
/Reconciliation Manager/Reconciliations/Apr_2016
/Reconciliation Manager/Reconciliations/Apr_2017
/Reconciliation Manager/Reconciliations/Apr_2018
/Reconciliation Manager/Reconciliations/Apr_2019
