Display diversity data on Manage Job Opening page

As part of our company initiative to ensure diversity in the applicants we interview for job postings, we would like to know if it is possible to display the applicants' gender and ethnicity in a column on the Manage Job Opening page grid using the PeopleSoft delivered pages.

I am sure we can create a customization and pull the data on the grid but would like to use delivered functionality where possible.
