PeopleSoft - How to convert voice to text in a long edit boxes for case notes

We have a requirement convert users speech/voice to text in real time and add it to relevant long text page field/s to save into our PeopleSoft CRM application. This is to make it easier for case workers who are on field on client visits and provide an alternative means for the end users to enter the long text in relevant long text fields instead of typing whilst on the go.

Does PeopleSoft applications offers this functionality out of box?. If not what are the other options available to achieve this?
