Install Base External attribute LOV is not showing up for a particular operating unit.

Hi all,

There is an existing operating unit with assets and instances created, however the external attribute Category LOV is not showing up on install base General tab for serial number.

It works for other operating unit and attributes are set with global install base template

What could the issue?
