opatch util DeleteInactivePatches for RAC instances?

Hi,

We patch our RAC instances OOP using 'opatchauto -prepare-clone / apply -switch-clone'. This method works well but have noticed the process taking much longer with each successive CPU (currently updating 19.23 to 19.24)

Support note doc ID 2946849.1 suggests using 'opatch util DeleteInactivePatches' for ORACLE_HOME. Is it supported to run on GRID_HOME also?

If I set ORACLE_HOME=GRID_HOME 'opatch util ListOrderedInactivePatches' seems to work as expected.

Appreciate any advice on it.
