How to add a hyperlink to Text Catalog: ENR_BEN_PLAN for Activity Guide with Image 48

The usual hyperlink text is being used: <a href="https://xx" target="blank">click here!</a>.

This would appear and open the new website fine when viewed via the 'HTML View'. However, it would show the full code when you open the applicable health plans via Fluid Open Enrollment or Onboarding.
