Issue with Notifications after tools release upgrade

Hello community.


We did a Tools Release upgrade recently, from version 9.2.7.3 to version 9.2.8.2. We did not have any problem during the upgrading, but, when it was finished and we started the tests, we find out that the notifications from some years ago were missing, just the notifications before the year 2021 are showing.


We did all the steps for tools release upgrade (planner installation and ESUs installation, as indicated in the doc for tools release 9.2.8.2), so I do not know if I missed something during the installation.


Someone has any clue about it?
