email notification with identification/Identifier number

Hi Folks,

iprocurement PR created by User A and while receiving email notification system showing as Identifier number: 123 like this so what is this identifier purpose and how this will be generate?

There is a attachment at PR header and vacation rule in place so can someone explain me what is this number and how this number get generate?

Unable to query this requisition in Requisition summary but it is available in iprocurement and PO generated and we are able to view PO but not able to view Requisition
