Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. I am trying to run the RCU utility for the infra schema, using a SQL Server 2016 development database and HFM 11.2.15.

But it gives the following error. Do you know what the cause of the error is?
