How to delete partlist after doing IM reversal

Hi,

I have WO at 40 status, after inventory issue(IM) we came to know that wrong item code was attached so did negative inventory issue(IM) and now item is back to stock. While deleting item code from part list system is showing error "Delete not possible - Quantities Issued". Can any one guide how to delete it. Currently WO is at 40 status.
