Using the feedback command through automation script the UDR will generate snapshot access or not?

We generated the UDR number through EPM automation script using "feedback" command. We don't know if the UDR reference number have snapshot access or not. So, we checked the Oracle reference document there is no snapshot related topic through the feedback command.
