Single Sign On OCI SSO Buttons are Missing?

Hi, I've configured our SSO (OCI Gen2) by following

I can confirm that our SSO (OCI) is working but the SSO Sign in buttons does not show on our main log in page and just shows your generic user name and password text boxes. How do I show our SSO to this log in page as shown here?
