Documentation on GoldenGate process after switchover to 2nd data center

We are planning our DR strategy for GoldenGate and hoping someone can point me in direction of relevant docs

We have a Goldengate micro-services install which will run extract from our Primary database, into trail files. These are then processed using GG Big Data to send to AWS but do not need to concern ourselves with this for now, its the extract process to TRAIL files I'm concerned with.

Every 6 months this primary database will be switched over (using dataguard not active dataguard) to run from another data centre, and the GG extract will be restarted from a new GG server
