need help with the stop-and-start sequence for Siebel 24.2 CRM, on-prem

We have Siebel 24.2 CRM, on-prem. I need help with the stop-and-start sequence to follow when I stop and start the services again. We have the following services. (I left out the DB server because it is always the last to stop and the first to start.)

Apache Tomcat ...sai_External (Web server)

Apache Tomcat ...cgw_Internal (App server)
Apache Tomcat ...sai_External (App server)
Apache Tomcat ...ses_Internal (App server)
Siebel Gateway (App server)
Siebel Server (App server)
