Multiple subnets on same "physical" interface in AWS

Hi,
When deploying a physical ESBC one has the possibility to define a physical interface and associate multiple network interfaces, each with a different VLAN and subnet - assigned to it.

Can something equivalent be done when deploying a vSBC in AWS ?
If yes, how ?
