Oracle R12.2.4

We are facing issue when we are trying to delete operations. Business would like to have the feasibility to delete the operation in network routing. When we are trying to perform this by inserting the data into interface table and running Bills and Routing interface . Its giving us below error:

Entity: NWK.  Row Identifier: 8314181.  Entity index: 1.  Table Name: BOM_OP_NETWORKS_INTERFACE.
Network has multiple starting nodes. It can have only one start node.

We have both primary and Alternative here. Please suggest how can we achieve that.
