Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. Open Period Control not opened all the periods of organization in hierarchy.

Please Note: This worked fine on 12.1.3 but on our upgrade system R12.2.12 it is not working.

Ran the program with number of periods to open as 0 as the master org ie ABO CIL Indirect Organization already had the Sep period opened.

Expectation was that all the 72 child org Sep inv period will be opened but none opened.
