A line on an SL order was split using P42101 and did not create corresponding OL line

Someone split a line on an inter-company SL/OL transfer order using P42101. When the line split it did not create the corresponding OL line. There are 4 lines altogether 16.2 - 16.5 that do not have the matching OL line.

The SL lines have been shipped but there is no OL line to receive. Any ideas on what to do?

Do inventory adjustments in for the quantities? Don't think can create the OL lines manually through an application.
