ECC Supplier and Items Incremental data load running forever in Production

Hi All,

Upgraded ECC V8 to V11. Full and Incremental loads were successful in Development Instances, then we upgraded TEST Instances: TEST instance also successful ECC Full and Incremental Loads. Finally we upgraded Production, Production having issues with Suppliers and Items Incremental Data loads which taking long time and never ended as completed so we need to cancel Incremental loads in Production.

We were unable to re-produce the same issue in lower environments.

We cloned TEST and DEV instances with Production (ECC Incremental load issues for Items and Suppliers). After the clone also no issues found for both Supplier and Incremental data loads.
