Exception EAccessViolation

Today i couldnt log in my database and then i noticed that there is a "suspect" remark on my database. Later i fixed it and tried to log in, but popped out the following error message.

does anyone have a clue how to fix it? i tried to remove PM.ini file but it didnt work.

Exception EAccessViolation in module PM.EXE at 0000000000ACE58C.
Access violation at address 0000000000ECE58C in module 'PM.EXE'. Read of address 00000000000006D0.
