Quantity in sales rounded by secondary UOM

Is it possible to avoid to enter a sales order where the secondary UOM is not an integer?

The item needs to be setup in EA as primary UOM and is expressed in dual UOM to see the number of CA the order represents. We need a solution in order to ensure that the sales order corresponds to an integer number of CA.
