How to resolve Pending transaction with error INV_GROUP_ERROR?

Dear Oracle comunities,

I tried to Process pending transaction by job "Manage Inventory Transactions". It run sucessfully but the pending transaction is not cleared.

The error message: "You can't create the inventory transaction because 1 or more transactions for transaction batch ID 1 can't be processed successfully".

Could you guys help give me the solution for this issue?
