How to run a single process after custom insertion in interactive grid (Oracle APEX)

in Oracle Application Express (MOSC) Question

I'm trying to send a single mail notification with details of the rows that have been submitted in the interactive grid report after clicking the submit button. By my issue is that the mail notification is being generated individually for all created/modified rows.
